Harnesh graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. After a short period with a consultancy firm, he spent the next 10 years working in the financial services industry in London where he held an executive position with a leading, boutique wealth management company. Whilst there he originated and ran a property division which invested c. £30m into northern property on behalf of its High Net Worth investor base.

Later, Harnesh went on to hold an executive position with one of the leading property development companies in the north of England, where he provided consultancy services on the acquisition, development, and sales of residential properties with an aggregate Gross Development Value of over £100m. 

Harnesh has a genuine passion for property and over the past 25 years has accumulated a substantial nationwide property portfolio. With deep roots in Bedford, Harnesh plans to invest heavily into local property and land development projects in order to assist with the vast under-supply of quality rental accommodation in the area.
