Investors

If you have capital to invest we have a range of partnership opportunities available, from fixed percentage returns all the way to formal Joint Venture arrangements whereby we share in development profits. By partnering with us you can have as little or as much project involvement as you would like, though we'll do all of the heavy lifting.



Agents

If you're a property agent in the Bedford area then we should meet for a coffee. We're always looking for great deals and ideally an early look at opportunities before they hit the open market!



Land/property owners

If you're considering how to maximise the return on property or land that you own, then we can help. We'll often make a direct offer to purchase it from you for the full market value. If we can't, then we're happy to introduce you to one of our private investors, who the opportunity could be more suitable for.



Housing providers

We provide rental properties to a wide range of occupiers. If you require properties to lease in Bedford then we would like to meet with you. Our preference is to enter into long-term agreements with our partners, where practical to do so.
